Bahadir’s early years were steeped in the rich tastes of his great-grandfather’s tapas and meze restaurant. Here, every ingredient was freshly sourced from surrounding farms, nurturing his love for authentic flavors.
Driven by his passion, Bahadir learned the culinary art at Mengen Culinary School. He refined his skills alongside Michelin Star Chefs and in fine dining restaurants, accumulating two decades of expertise in luxury hotels and restaurants. His dedication led to recognition as a recommended Chef by Michelin Star, Istanbul in 2023.
Meet Guven Basturk, the visionary Turkish restaurateur behind Orla, renowned for his expertise in luxury hotels, nightclubs, fine restaurants, and casinos worldwide. Inspired by his family’s travels through the flavor-filled Mediterranean, Guven’s passion for the culinary arts was ignited.
With a specialized education in Hospitality Management from Etiler Tourism & Hospitality High School and Eastern Mediterranean University, along with additional studies in Business Management at Cornell University, Guven refined his skills to perfection. Meet Yussouf Kiamil, a seasoned hospitality professional with roots in both Turkey and Bulgaria, whose passion for the industry runs deep. Armed with a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management from Anadolu University, Yussouf has embarked on a remarkable career journey through luxury hotels and fine dining restaurants across the United States.
